About Me

I am happy to share a little about myself.
El Paradiso is not just a place for me — it is a way of living, a space that reflects my need for calm, clarity, and connection with nature. Over time, it has become my personal retreat and a place where I can step back from the demands of everyday life.
Even during my studies in Cultural and Social Anthropology at the University of Vienna, I was fascinated by one thing in particular: the way people connect through food. This passion eventually led me into the kitchen — first through training as an Ayurvedic chef, and then out into the world.
Through WWOOFing on organic farms, I was able to experience what it means to live in harmony with nature and to work with my hands. That time deeply shaped me — and inspired me to create my surroundings with simple, honest things.
From this, my first heartfelt project emerged: homemade products — tomato sauces, chutneys, jams, and spreads — which I sold at farmers’ markets. Everything handmade, everything made with love.
What began small grew over time — through word of mouth, through encounters, through shared meals. I started teaching cooking classes and working as a private chef — including for the Pioneers of Change program, birthday celebrations, weddings, and retreats.
In 2018, love brought me to England. Since then, I have lived between two worlds — my Austrian home at Lake Attersee and my second home in the UK. There, I had the privilege of working as a retreat chef for yoga, meditation, and fitness retreats, cooking for and supporting countless people through food.
With the passing of my father in 2020, a new chapter began in my life: El Paradiso — our family place at Lake Attersee — became my heart project.
Here, everything comes together: my experience as a host, as a chef, and as a person who believes that food is more than nourishment — it is connection, memory, and healing.
It is here, in the place of my most beautiful childhood memories, that I now want to share this experience with you.
